This privacy policy describes how Dunphy Law PC (“we,” “us,” or “the Firm”) collects and uses information when you visit dunphylawpc.com or submit a free case review request.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide. When you submit the free case review form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the type of injury you describe, and any details you choose to share about your situation. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry.
Aggregate website analytics. We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first analytics service, to understand how visitors find and use our site. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track visitors across websites. We see aggregate counts of page views, referral sources, and country-level location only.
2. How we use your information
Information you submit through the free case review form is used to respond to your inquiry (typically within 24 hours), determine whether the Firm can represent you on your matter, and communicate with you about your case if you become a client.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Third-party services
We use the following services to operate this site:

Hosts the website and provides security infrastructure.

Delivers free case review form submissions to the Firm’s email.

Privacy-first website analytics. No cookies. No personal data.
These services may receive technical information necessary to deliver their functions (such as IP address for security and request routing). They do not retain personal data about visitors beyond what is operationally necessary.
4. Cookies and tracking
We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Our analytics provider (Plausible) is cookieless by design.
5. No attorney-client relationship
Visiting this website, reviewing its content, or submitting a free case review request does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Dunphy Law PC. An attorney-client relationship is formed only after a written engagement agreement is signed.
Information you submit through the free case review form is held in confidence to the extent permitted by law, but is not protected by the attorney-client privilege until such an engagement is established.
6. Your rights
You may request that we delete information you submitted through the free case review form, request a copy of the information we hold about you, or update or correct information you previously submitted. To exercise any of these rights, email dunphy@dunphylawpc.com or call (516) 297-2020.
7. Children’s privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
